THE FACTORY

 

Welcome to the Factory!! Here is where we get work done. This class is designed to help enhance your athletic abilities through weight training, plyometric training, speed and agility training, and and introduction to nutirion as it relates to fitness. My training philosophy is built around 4 core lifts: the squat, power clean, bench press, and the dead lift. If you are interested in learning more about each of these core lifts, please see more below. 

 

This course is NOT a power lifting or body building course. It focuses on creating muscular strength and explosion as well as increasing an athlete's speed and agility while building structual stability to help reduce injuries.  

The Squat

THE KING OF EXERCISE

The squat is a total body lift the engages your core (abs, lower back), glutes, quadraceps, hamstrings, calfs, shoulders as well as developing balance. 

The power clean is all about being explosive. This exercise focuses on your posterior chain (lower back, hamstrings, calfs), hip explosion, shoulders, neck, and your core. 

The Power Clean

This upper body exercise is popular around the world! Using your pectoralis muscle group, shoulder, tricep, and core this is a great exercise to develop upper body strength. 

The Bench Press
The Dead Lift

The dead lift is another total body type exercise. It works the entire lower body and the core, shoulders, neck, arms. The most basic movement but provides HUGE benefits to performance.
